RECENT - is a code to add the contribution of resonances to the cross sections. ENDF/B allows cross sections to be represented as a contribution of resonance parameters and tabulated background corrections. This code will add the resonance contribution to the background cross sections in order to define the cross sections as linearly interpolable tables. Therefore subsequent codes need only deal with tabulated, linearly interpolable cross sections. The first version of RECENT was developed by D.E. Cullen in October 1979, the last one - in January 2007. On our site we present the last version for work on PC under MSDOS (WINDOWS). A task input file has to be named RECENT.INP, information about process of work this code is registered in report output file RECENT.LST, the ENDF formatted input file is not changed, the result is written in new ENDF formatted file. The requirements to the task input file are presented in the file RECENT_TAB.doc. RECENT_TAB.doc
To facilitate the work with RECENT we present the version of task input file RECENT.INP (several examples of task input file anybody find in the end of file RECENT.DOC).
