ENDF/B Libraries & Manual
There are the newest Evaluated Nuclear Data Files (B type) for Sublibrary #10 (neutron) and ENDF format manual.
Experimental data on nuclear reactions contain data for incident neutrons, charged particles and photons. It is assumed to be complete for incident neutrons up to 20 MeV.

ENSDF ( in NNDC BNL)
The ENSDF database contains evaluated nuclear structure and decay information for over 2900 nuclides.
Specialized Libraries
There are some selected specialized libraries.
CINDA ( in NDS IAEA)
CINDA contains bibliographic references to measurements, calculations, reviews, and evaluations of neutron cross-sections and other microscopic neutron data. Since 2005 database is extended by photonuclear and charge particle reaction data.
