During this procedure all experimental data if it was 4931 1451 195 possible were corrected to the new recommended cross section data 4931 1451 196 for monitor reactions used in the measurements and to the new re- 4931 1451 197 commended decay data. 4931 1451 198 Special correction was done with experimental data [5], [6], 4931 1451 199 [12], [24], [25] and [27]. 4931 1451 200 Grench and Menlove data [5] and Kimura et al. data [6] bet- 4931 1451 201 ween 0.5 - 0.9 MeV obtained in the measurements with T(p,n)He3 4931 1451 202 neutron source were renormalized to the integral of Liskien et al.4931 1451 203 experimental data [16] in the overlapping energy ranges. Original 4931 1451 204 cross section data from ref. [5] and [6] were multiplied to the 4931 1451 205 correction factors Fc=1.15268 and Fc=0.92486 , respectively. 4931 1451 206 Data of Santry and Butler [12] obtained in the absolute measu-4931 1451 207 rements with T(p,n)He3 source in the energy range 0.348-5.130 MeV 4931 1451 208 were renormalized to the integral of Liskien et al. experimental 4931 1451 209 data [16] in the energy interval 1.85-4.07 MeV, Fc= 1.0516 4931 1451 210 Cross section data measured by Zhao Wenrong et al. [24] were 4931 1451 211 renormalized also to the experimental data of Liskien et al. [16] 4931 1451 212 in the overlapping energy ranges. All original experimental data 4931 1451 213 from ref. [24] except cross section value at the energy point 4931 1451 214 En=8.5 MeV were multiplied to the factor Fc=1.065 . 4931 1451 215 Experimental data of Kimura et al. [6] in the energy interval 4931 1451 216 1.8-4.6 MeV and experimental data of Santry and Butler [12] obta- 4931 1451 217 ined relative to the S-32(n,p)P-32 standard were not corrected. 4931 1451 218 Data of Zhao Wenrong et al. [24] for the energy point 8.5 MeV 4931 1451 219 was corrected to the recommended cross section value for monitor 4931 1451 220 tor reaction Al-27(n,a)Na-24 from ref. [41]. 4931 1451 221 Cross section data for the In-115(n,n')In-115m reaction measu-4931 1451 222 red by Lu Hanlin et al. [25] and by Csikai et al. [27] were renor-4931 1451 223 malized to the integral of Konno et al. [30] and Filatenkov et al.4931 1451 224 [31] experimental data in the overlapping energy interval 13.54 - 4931 1451 225 14.78 MeV . Original data from ref. [25] and [27] were multiplied 4931 1451 226 to the correction factors Fc=1.13622 and Fc=1.08624, respectively.4931 1451 227 Excitation function for the In-115(n,n')In-115m reaction in 4931 1451 228 the energy region from threshold to 20 MeV was evaluated by means 4931 1451 229 of statistical analysis of experimental cross section data [2-31].4931 1451 230 Experimental cross section data [32-40] were rejected due to 4931 1451 231 their discrepancy with the main bulk of experimental data [2-31]. 4931 1451 232 Data of Martin et al. [2] in the energy interval 4.55 - 5.26 MeV 4931 1451 233 were not taken into account in the evaluation due to their syste- 4931 1451 234 matic underestimation In-115(n,n')In-115m reaction cross section. 4931 1451 235 In the rejected experiments [33-38] the cross section values were 4931 1451 236 measured only in a one energy point in the interval 14 - 15 MeV. 4931 1451 237 Statistical analysis of input cross section data was carried 4931 1451 238 out by means of PADE-2 code [42]. The isomeric level has 4931 1451 359 energy 190.34 keV with spin and parity 5+ [1]. The recommended 4931 1451 360 values of half-life of In-114m and 190.34 keV gamma rays probabi- 4931 1451 361 bility per decay are 49.51+-0.01 days and 0.1556+-0.0015, respec- 4931 1451 362 tively [1]. 4931 1451 363 Microscopic experimental data [2-21] were analyzed in the pro- 4931 1451 364 cess of preparation of input data base for evaluation of cross 4931 1451 365 sections and their uncertainty for the In-115(n,2n)In-114m reac- 4931 1451 366 tion. During this procedure experimental data [2-4], [6-22] were 4931 1451 367 corrected to the new recommended cross section data for monitor 4931 1451 368 reactions used in the measurements and to the recommended decay 4931 1451 369 data. 4931 1451 370 Special correction was done with experimental data [5], [9], 4931 1451 371 [11] and [13]. 4931 1451 372 The results of relative measurements of Vonach et al. [5] were 4931 1451 373 normalized at 14.70 MeV to the absolute cross section value of 4931 1451 374 (1386.0+-33.3)mb determined from experimental data of Csikai et 4931 1451 375 al. [17] and Filatenkov et al. [18]. Cross section data of Ryves 4931 1451 376 et al. [13] were also renormalized at 14.68 MeV to this value. 4931 1451 377 Experimental data of Csikai et al. [17] and Vonach et al. [5] 4931 1451 378 gives a very similar energy dependence of the In-115(n,2n)In-114m 4931 1451 379 reaction excitation function in the interval 13.00 - 15.00 MeV. 4931 1451 380 Integrals of cross sections in the overlapping regions from Refs. 4931 1451 381 [5], [17] were used as stanard for correction experimental data 4931 1451 382 of Lu Hanlin et al. [9] and Santry et al. [11]. 4931 1451 383 Experimental data [19], [20] and [21] were not taken into ac- 4931 1451 384 count in the evaluation due to their significant underestimation 4931 1451 385 the In-115(n,2n)In-115m reaction cross section. In the rejected 4931 1451 386 works cross section values were measured only in a one or two 4931 1451 387 energy points in the interval 14 - 15 MeV. 4931 1451 388 Statistical analysis of input cross section data was carried 4931 1451 389 out by means of PADE-2 code [22].
